4. Return of Goods

If the cancellation relates to physical goods, I/we understand that:

• the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days after I/we notify TechSavi IT Limited of cancellation;
• unless the goods are faulty or TechSavi IT Limited has agreed otherwise, I/we may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods;
• I/we must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in my/our possession;
• TechSavi IT Limited may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
• TechSavi IT Limited may withhold the refund until it receives the goods back or I/we provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

5. Digital Content, Software Licences and Cloud Services
