1. Delivery Areas

We currently supply and deliver to addresses in:

  • Great Britain;
  • Northern Ireland, where available;
  • other UK locations, where agreed;
  • international locations, only where agreed in writing.

Some products, software licences, cloud services, subscriptions and digital products may be restricted by vendor rules, territory restrictions, export controls, sanctions or supplier availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where fulfilment would breach applicable laws, vendor terms, export restrictions or supplier requirements.

2. Delivery Methods

Physical goods may be delivered by courier, postal service, distributor, manufacturer, vendor or fulfilment partner.

Some items may be dispatched directly from a supplier, distributor or manufacturer.

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately.

Digital products, software licences, activation keys, cloud subscriptions and services may be supplied electronically.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout, included in your quotation or confirmed before your order is accepted.

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

  • product type;
  • delivery location;
  • product weight and dimensions;
  • delivery speed;
  • supplier or distributor charges;
  • insurance requirements;
  • courier availability;
  • whether the order is delivered in multiple shipments.

Unless stated otherwise, delivery charges are exclusive of VAT.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may be shown on the Website, in the checkout process, in your order confirmation or in your quotation.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only unless we expressly agree in writing that a delivery date is guaranteed.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery may be affected by:

  • supplier availability;
  • manufacturer lead times;
  • distributor stock levels;
  • courier delays;
  • customs delays;
  • public holidays;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes or labour disruption;
  • technical issues;
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:

  • order submission;
  • order acceptance by us;
  • successful payment authorisation through Stripe or another agreed payment method;
  • any required fraud-prevention checks;
  • any required export-control, sanctions or vendor-compliance checks;
  • confirmation of stock or supplier availability, where applicable.

Submitting an order through the Website does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we accept the order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

6. Digital Delivery

Software, licence keys, activation codes, subscriptions, support plans, cloud services and other digital products may be supplied electronically.

Digital delivery may take place by:

  • email;
  • download link;
  • vendor portal;
  • customer account;
  • WooCommerce order page;
  • licence assignment;
  • subscription activation;
  • cloud-service provisioning;
  • other electronic method.

Digital content is treated as delivered when it is made available, emailed, activated, provisioned, assigned to your account or otherwise supplied to you.

For Consumers, special cancellation rules apply to digital content, software licences, activation keys, downloads, cloud subscriptions and immediately supplied digital services. Please see Sections 13 to 17 below.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

If delivery fails because no one is available, the courier may:

  • attempt redelivery;
  • leave delivery instructions;
  • deliver to a collection point;
  • return the goods to us, the distributor or the supplier.

If goods are returned because you failed to accept delivery, provided an incorrect address, failed to collect the goods or did not respond to delivery instructions, we may charge reasonable redelivery, storage, handling or return costs.

For Business Customers, we may also charge any additional supplier, distributor or courier costs incurred.

8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note this with the courier where possible and contact us promptly.

Business Customers must notify us in writing of visible damage, shortages, incorrect items or delivery discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.

Consumers should notify us within a reasonable period after becoming aware of any damage, shortage, incorrect item or delivery discrepancy.

Please keep the item, accessories, packaging and delivery documents until the issue has been resolved.

9. Risk and Ownership

For Business Customers, risk in physical goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address or collected by you or your carrier.

For Consumers, risk in physical goods passes when the goods come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person nominated by you.

Ownership of goods passes only when we have received full payment for those goods and all other amounts due in connection with the relevant order, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Digital products, licences, subscriptions and cloud services are subject to the relevant licence terms, vendor terms, subscription terms or service terms.

10. Returns by Business Customers

Business Customers do not have an automatic right to return unwanted goods.

We may, at our discretion, accept a business return where:

  • you contact us within 14 days of delivery;
  • we issue a Returns Authorisation number;
  • the goods are unused, unopened, undamaged and in perfect resaleable condition;
  • all original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, licences and documentation are included;
  • the goods are not special-order, built-to-order, configured, personalised, clearance, open-box, refurbished, licence-based, subscription-based, cloud-based or digital products;
  • the relevant manufacturer, distributor, supplier or vendor accepts the return.

A restocking fee, supplier charge, handling charge, delivery charge or other reasonable cost may apply.

Business Customers must not return goods without our prior written approval.

11. Faulty Goods — Business Customers

Business Customers must inspect goods promptly after delivery.

If you believe goods are faulty, you must contact us with details of the issue, order number, product details, serial number where applicable, and photographs or evidence where relevant.

We may test the goods or refer the matter to the manufacturer, distributor or vendor.

If a fault is verified, we may, where legally permitted and at our option:

  • repair the goods;
  • replace the goods;
  • provide manufacturer warranty support;
  • offer a credit;
  • refund the relevant amount.

Goods will not be treated as faulty where the issue is caused by:

  • misuse;
  • accidental damage;
  • incorrect installation;
  • unauthorised repair or modification;
  • use outside manufacturer instructions;
  • unsuitable operating environment;
  • third-party software, systems or accessories;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage in return transit caused by inadequate packaging.

12. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty periods, coverage and claim processes vary by product and manufacturer.

You may be required to follow the manufacturer’s warranty process directly. Where this applies, we will provide reasonable assistance or direct you to the relevant manufacturer, distributor or vendor.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to, and do not replace, any statutory rights that Consumers may have.

13. Returns by Consumers — Change of Mind

This section applies only to Consumers.

If you are a Consumer and you buy goods online or at a distance, you usually have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To cancel, you must tell us clearly by email, post or by using our Consumer Cancellation Form.

You must return the goods within 14 calendar days after telling us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

14. Consumer Refunds for Change of Mind Returns

Where you cancel a goods order as a Consumer within the applicable cancellation period, we will refund:

  • the price paid for the cancelled goods; and
  • the standard delivery charge, where applicable.

We will not refund additional delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because you handled them more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the goods back; or
  • you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,

whichever is earlier.

Refunds will usually be made using the original payment method, including Stripe where the original payment was made through Stripe.

15. Consumer Cancellation Exceptions

Consumers may not have the right to cancel in certain cases, including:

  • sealed computer software once unsealed;
  • sealed audio or video products once unsealed;
  • digital content once supply has begun, where you gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel;
  • software licence keys, activation codes or subscriptions once supplied, activated, provisioned, accessed, downloaded or assigned, where the required consent and acknowledgement has been obtained;
  • bespoke, personalised or custom-configured goods;
  • goods made to your specification;
  • goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation right would be lost once fully performed;
  • any other goods, digital content or services excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Digital Content, Software Licences and Cloud Subscriptions — Consumers

If you are a Consumer and you purchase digital content, software licences, activation keys, cloud subscriptions or other digital products, you may have a 14-day cancellation right unless supply begins during that period with your express consent and acknowledgement.

Before we supply digital content immediately, we may ask you to confirm that:

  • you want the digital content, software licence, activation key, subscription or cloud service to be supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
  • you understand that once supply begins, you will lose your right to cancel that digital content.

Once the digital content, licence key, activation code, subscription or cloud service has been supplied, activated, provisioned, accessed, downloaded or assigned following your consent and acknowledgement, you may no longer be able to cancel it unless it is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise required by law.

17. Services Started During the Consumer Cancellation Period

If you are a Consumer and you ask us to begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you to confirm that you want the service to begin immediately.

If you cancel after the service has started, you may have to pay for the service supplied up to the point of cancellation.

If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation right would be lost once fully performed, you may no longer have the right to cancel.

18. Faulty Goods, Digital Content or Services — Consumers

If you are a Consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Goods must be:

  • as described;
  • of satisfactory quality;
  • fit for purpose.

Digital content must be:

  • as described;
  • of satisfactory quality;
  • fit for purpose.

Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill.

Depending on the circumstances and the time elapsed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, repeat performance, refund or short-term right to reject.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

19. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Email: info@techsavi.co.uk

  • whether the product is unopened, opened, used, faulty or damaged.

Business Customers must wait for a Returns Authorisation number before returning goods.

Consumers are not required to obtain a Returns Authorisation number to exercise statutory cancellation rights, but contacting us first helps us process the return more efficiently.

20. Return Packaging

Returned goods must be packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit.

Please do not write directly on manufacturer packaging.

For Business Customer returns, the Returns Authorisation number should be placed on the outer shipping label.

You should use a tracked and insured delivery service appropriate to the value of the goods.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Unless faulty, misdescribed or required by law, the following items are usually non-returnable:

  • software licences;

  • subscription products;
  • cloud services;

For Consumers, this section is subject to statutory rights and the cancellation rules set out above.

22. WEEE Recycling

Electrical and electronic equipment should not be disposed of with general household or business waste.

Where required by UK WEEE Regulations, we will provide information about takeback or recycling options for household electrical and electronic equipment.

Please contact us at info@techsavi.co.uk for WEEE recycling information.

Business Customers are responsible for ensuring that electrical and electronic equipment purchased for business use is handled, stored, transferred, recycled and disposed of in accordance with applicable WEEE, environmental and waste-management laws, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
